Amelia Gillis is a compassionate and seasoned Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Consultant, Podcast Host and Qualified Supervisor based in the Central Florida area. With an extensive background spanning since 2015, Amelia has devoted her career to working with a diverse clientele across various treatment settings.
Amelia's counseling approach is a dynamic integration of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, humanistic approaches, and eclectic therapeutic techniques. Her pride lies in being an empathic clinician who embraces diversity, ensuring that each client receives personalized and culturally sensitive care.
Amelia is the visionary founder of AG Counseling & Consulting, LLC, a mental wellness counseling and consulting agency.
I believe that healing is a journey best traveled together. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside clients as they’ve faced anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the everyday stressors that can weigh heavily on the heart. My counseling approach blends evidence-based clinical practice with deep empathy, cultural awareness, and faith-informed perspectives when desired. AG Counseling & Consulting, LLC was born out of a passion for walking alongside people in their healing journeys—whether in moments of pain, transition, or growth.
After years of serving in the school system, in ministry, I saw a deep need for spaces where individuals, couples, and families could feel truly seen, supported, and guided with both professional expertise and genuine care.
